Dấu hiệu nhận biết
– Mức độ nhẹ: Bên ngoài thân cá bình thường, không có biểu hiện xuất huyết nhưng mắt hơi lồi, khi mổ ra thì gan, thận, tỳ tạng có nhiều đốm trắng (như đốm mủ), đó là biểu hiện đặc trưng nhất của bệnh mủ gan.
– Mức độ nặng: Cá bỏ ăn, màu sắc nhợt nhạt, nhào lộn và xoay tròn, bơi lờ đờ trên mặt nước, khi bệnh nặng cá không có phản ứng với tiếng động. Có xuất huyết trên vi hoặc toàn thân, bên trong gan, thận, tỳ tạng cũng có nhiều đốm mủ. Cá chết với tỉ lệ khá cao và tăng dần.
Cách phòng bệnh
– Xử lý diệt khuẩn, sát trùng nguồn nước trước khi cấp vào ao nuôi, nên chuẩn bị ao lắng để chủ động nguồn nước sạch
– Lựa chọn con giống ở các cơ sở uy tín và có kiểm dịch âm tính với các mầm bệnh
– Định kỳ 7-10 ngày sử dụng IODINE VAX 90 liều 1 lít/8.000 m3 nước để diệt vi khuẩn, virus gây bệnh
– Sử dụng vi sinh BZT F9 liều 1 kg/5.000m3 nước để xử lý nước
– Thường xuyên bổ sung vitamin C, các hợp chất tăng cường miễn dịch để tăng đề kháng cho cá
Cách trị bệnh
– Xử lý môi trường bằng GLUMAX 80 liều 1 lít/4.000 m3 nước, tạt đều trong ao lúc trời nắng
– Sau 2 ngày dùng BZT F9 liều 1 kg/5.000 m3 nước lúc 9 giờ sáng
– Cho ăn: Dùng GENFOCINE liều 2-3g/kg thức ăn (1kg/10-12 tấn cá) 4 ngày liên tục. Sau đó dùng ANTI LIVER liều 2-3ml/kg thức ăn (1lít/10-12 tấn cá) + NUTRI ZYME liều 2-3g/kg thức ăn (1kg/10-12 tấn cá) 4 ngày liên tục.
* Lưu ý: Trường hợp cá chết do nhiễm bệnh cần được chôn vào hố cách ly có rải vôi sống CaO để khử trùng, nước từ ao nuôi cá nhiễm bệnh phải được diệt khuẩn trước khi thải ra sông, kênh, rạch để tránh lây lan cho các ao khác ở khu vực.
